I would like to have your kind advise on my PR application to canada,I hope you won't disappoint me and would give your valuable advise on this matter .

I had applied for PR to Canada through an immigration consultant in Feb 2001 and received my application number in March 2001.

A telephonic verifcation was done in Aug 2001 with one of my employer ,In December 2003 I received a request from the high commission to send the new IELTS score along with the new application form which I sent to them in Feb 2004.My IELTS score was ,Speaking -8.0,Writing -7.5 ,Reading-6.5 and listening -7.5,overall band 7.5 .

After December 2003,my consultant hasn't received any update from the high commission regarding my case.I asked my consultant many times to send the reminders to the CHC and he has shown me the copy of the reminders which have been sent to the High commission.

My online status says 'In Process'.

Could you please advise if it's normal to have such a delay by the high commission considering the average processing time in Delhi or their could be something wrong with my case because of which their is a delay as this coming Feb my application will complete 5 years .

Unfortunately, such lengthy processing times are becoming 'normal' for Delhi.
