The history is as follows:

Filed Application Date : 4-4-2001

Asked for English Proficiency proof (March 2003) which was sent by me on : June 2003

Asked for proof of settlement funds, four photographs for myself, spouse and kid as well if any change in address, employment, vacation etc. for which all documents which was to be sent within 60 days from 22 March 2004 and was sent on : May 2004

Kindly let me know at what stage my application is and still how long it will take to process.

My immigration consultant said that he had made request for interview waiver as i am scoring more than 67 points and as i have applied from country other than the residence.

Could this be possible.
