Still how many years?

I received AOR in may 2002, submitted IELTS to CIC New Delhi and learnt basic french, still how many years I have to wait to get decision? If CIC New Delhi started processing applications of 2002, any one received decision, kindly reply to me .....

it takes longer in delhi. hope fully u will see some movement this year,
