Sir,
Regarding the fee payment will the immigration office inform my sister here at kerala or the cic of canada inform her husband.

Is there any way to know the status of the present processing .Whether the present updates will also be shown in the e-client status.

plz advice me how to appeal if i am not in canada.....i am a canadian-- my huby's got his rufusal letter...married since 3 1/2 years...is it better to apeal or reapply..do i need a lawyer?..... do i have to go back to canadahow long will it take? ......
reason for refusal
1) i am with my husband (outside canada)
2) marriage is not geniune

You don't have to be in Canada to appeal a refusal.

Unfortunately, if your marriage is NOT genuine, I cannot advise you further.

WHICH appeal division should i send the form to???
SENDING request to the Minster directly will help???
HOW LONG does this appeal procedure will take???

The Sponsor will get all the details & forms together with a copy of the refusal letter.

Length of appeal process depends on city. Usually approx. 7-8 months

appealing to the minister is of no use
