hello there,

This is for all the ladies out there..anyone who is preparing for exams ...i was wondering if there are some women in the downtown toronto area who might be willing to do group studying...we dont have to be studying the same subjects necessarily..... its just that it gets tough studying on ur own now an then, some company wud actually be good...i usually go to the library to study..if anyone is interested ,do mail me.take care.

Any specific reason why group study only with ladies? No I am not interested in joining since I am past the age of studying for the exams (I study Geeta now a days for my FINAL exams ) but just curious to know the spcific reasons which might be enlightening.

i dont understand why u are curious to know about why i'd prefer women to group study with.. i'd feel more comfortable... and besides this is a public forum, i think it wud be more sensible to approach women u dont know to study with rather than men, dont u think??

Well if it is some personal reasons - I am not curious atall.........

However, if it is something that is a social or generic thing which would be usually benefical for all concerned, or as I said ealier, enlightening for all, then I would like to know. Purely from the point of view of gaining more knowledge.

As far as my thinking goes, if the goal is same, a mixed gender group will usually bring in better results than a single gender one, since it will provide a wider perspective, whether or not the subject of study is same.

i agree with u, but my objective is to have a study companion...like i mentioned earlier,we dont have to be studying the same subjects...studying at home day after day doesnt seem to be working very well for me..and if there is anyone else who is in the same situation then it wud be better to form a study grp .. thats all.
