should we create a group for ladies fitness only?
I joined a gym sometime back. Started quite regioulsy but went lazy after few weeks. I think I need a company, a motivation to push performng excerises.
Are any of your ladies interested coming together and meeting once a week to share your experiences regarding weight loss and doing excersies together? I am in Mississauga.
Just a thought that came to my mind and trying my luck on CD website.

I too lack motivation to exercise and think that group exercise is the only way. I have heard that the running room has good programs which are group and are more reasonable i.e. $60 for a running clinic of 3 months. rather than gym membership which is around $ 60 a month..of course with the running room you are limited to walking in a group and running..but I think that the price is worth it.

I am interested too, i go to Ymca and they have great classes, but I am lazy to go regularly.
Ladies make up some plan and we will shed off some pounds.
