Hi Cd's,

Believe Canada has a double taxation treaty with UAE.

The question is as i did my landing in 2003 and stayed out of the country for more than 2 years ( based in UAE) ...do I need to file taxes when I come back. Also would I end up paying taxes.

I have maintained a bank account in Canada during this period but not bought any movable or immovable property in Canada. Nor have I generated any income there.
