I will be moving on PR, my younger sis is 32 years & has secured admission Human resources, she all ready has a masters in English literature & five years of HR experience , how do i satisfy CIC that she will be coming back inspite of her brother (i.e me ) being a PR.

Some one told me that 32 years of age might be a constraint

There is no age limit factor for education in canada or student visa.I know one person came on student visa on the age of 40 so dont worry about age.
