Hi,

I was trying to search regarding above on CIC's website, but as everyone knows that its not an easy job to search for specific information on CIC's website.

Anyway, My brother is a full time student in the university and ready to enroll himself on the last (4th) semester.

I am planing to sponsor him, he is 23 years old.

What specific guide I should look for?

Also I am canadian citizen living in USA on TN status (by the time when I ready to file the sponsorhip case I will declare the non-residency in Canada, and convert my status to H1b).

Please provide some directions.
