Any body with details of back ground check in India if one is apploing for a PR from Bufalo. Does CIC get in touch with elpoyers showed in Documents , is it telephonic or written..............Freing came to Canada on a student Visa , has shown experience in his brother company & is applying for a PR

i think there shouldn't be any problem. as long as his brother says he was working for him. but if they doubted, then they may call him for an interview. and most of times if an applicant is working for a renowned company at present, then they don't consider earlier companies for enquiring.
