My father and mother in law applied for visitor visa but it has rejected stating some of the following reasons.
1. Regulation 179: you have not satisfied me that you would leave canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident.
2. your travel history
3. your personal assets and financial status
I showed my bank balance upto $40000 and my father in law has a business of around Rs.1 crore as an asset, even though they denied the visa. I really dont understand their reviewing process of visa application. I personally doubt that do they really check the documents or not??
Now i am planning to reapply on the medical ground only for my mother in law as my wife is pregnant. for this i will have letter from the doctor recommending the visa and i am also trying to get the letter from MP. will this help to get the visa for my mother in law with new reason?
any other suggestions or comments on this that can help me out to get the visa successfully?
Thanks,
AJ
