Sorry dude. I have been looking too much at monster.com and accidentally i wrote monster instead of lobster

I don't think your case is complicated and so it would be fine if you go to any lawyer.

Hi Friends,

I have already posted this message but now I am trying to be more clear and request replies from any board member.Please point me to a reliable attorney if you know.

Please take a look at my case:

I am canadian PR landed there last year(August 2001) and I am still
in valid status.Last year after landing in Canada From
USA(I am working here since couple of years on a h1b)I wnt there stayed for some time with firend of mine and came back to usa and went to India got married and came back to usa
along with my wife(She is here on a dependent visa)I
have included her name as a fiancee while attending
the interview for canadian PR and the immigration
officer told since I inlucded her as my fiancee that
would make it easy for her to get a PR.

Now I have decided to move to Canada for good from
USA.I like to know what is the process now I meant How
can I take my wife to canada and what is the time
frame for her to get the PR .

I am also looking for a good ommigration consultant who can advice me.

I appreciate any answers .
