Hi all,

Happy new year to every one on this form.

I have applied for skilled worker migrtaion in 2001. Later I went to USA on H1. there I could not get the job and remained there nearly for 3 years, doing some odd jobs.

Just i have returned to India. I got a letter from CHC to fill new forms and indiacte what i have been doing for the last three years. How can I show that illegal stay and odd job work in US.

How this 3 years period will effect my chance to immigrate.

Can any one guide me.

You have to be truthful in your application. Lying will only jeopardise your chance to immigrate.
