I am still puzzled why VRV Singh has been brought back. He was a big failure when he played for India. Looks like he has powerful godfathers in BCCI.

1. Ganguly can prove himself, if not he will have a chance to gracefully announce his retirement as an international player.
2.Put some pressure on nonperformers.
3.May be just his presence will put chappel in place and India will start performing.
