I am distressed to read your last post that the letter you received from London disqualifying your experience of 7 years in Saudi Arabia.

Could you please give some more deatils about your interview,
where did you attend your interview in Riyadh or Abu Dhabi?
What kind of questions asked and duration of your interview.
When did you receive your letter after interview?

thank you for your Remarks & welcome to you in the group since many days I did not saw your name as long as you have same case like me from syria to London only Differance is you are in Business category , any way ..

I was Intervieved at Abu dhabi on 28th Sept 2004 , During Interviw He asked for our Parents & then some question to my Wife about her Studies & Current profession ,,,she is House wife only ..then My wife go back down staress & wait since my Daughter make too much distrubance to us ..he ask me if she can wait down I agree & then our Interview continue ...

1. First he arrnge my file since according to him it is not arranged & papers are not in seqance ( Blame to ......Syria CHC )
2. HE started with my Education I showed him all my Degrees & then He said ok I am Satisfy with your Education
3. then My Wife Aunty ( Sister of Father was living in CANADA ) he need proff ..I showed her Driving licesnce & Bank Statment plus Tax papers & PR card Telephone Bill ...& HE said I am Satisfy with Relation points
4. Then we discuss with my Employment Career .. I explain him completly about my duties & working ....He said I am not intersted in Past employment only want current ...which is from May 1998

& finally he conclude

I was working from 1998 to 1999 as programer
then 1999 & 2001 as administrator
& finally promoted as supervisor System Administrator .

when I applied in 2000 only that time my company latter was in the file I bring with me updated one but he just saw it & give me back

then long discussion about finacial I was bring my Bank statment which is showing 15000 USD but I was not aware that I need last 6 month transaction record also & at last he agree that it is not fage & it is my amount ,

Finally he inform me that all he agree & now you have to wait till CHC london will send you Request for Medicals & in the Mean time CHC will make your Backgroun Check which will take typically 6 months & you don't have to worry about it .

You have to subbmit ROLF which is 975 + 975
& you have to do your medicals

after this He came out with me from his Office to Leave me Down stariss where my wife was watign for me,

After 20 days I recive his Fax & told me that " I have Reasonable grounds that Your Employment letter have misleading or False Information " you have 30 days to clear your side otherwise I will make my dession on this document basis .

I send them what ever I can ,,,but as you Aware we are in Saudi Arabia where we can not forces to Employer ..what ever they write we have to accpect it . So just I am waitng since this time I send 2 more faxes but no replay from him I try to Call Several time but all there Reply is it is Under Process ...

Again I am very sorry to read your interview story. In your situation the user like me can not guide you properly. So any sentance to your quory from my side will only be like throwing stone in the dark and may lead you unpredicted stress. Where are you in Saudi Arabia & what kind of organization you are working with?

Finally if you would not get Canada Immigration, you should not br worried. In Canada many programmer like you are jobless. In middle East you can do your job and save some money for your future.

Yes, we got visa and I personally travelling to Toronto during this Xmas to see my son who is studying at Ryerso University - Toronto. I shall return after couple of weeks then we all family members will land in April after closure of schools for my younger kinds.

Yes you are right I am at very good position now & personally I already lost 60% Interst to go Canada & thinking better to go back to PAkistan since many Opertunity there Now only my Interst is due to my Younger brothers so that I can support them there ... Otherwise I have handsom salary & good Saving in saudi Arabia with excelent Living style ... & currently Saudi Arabia Pass the Rule for Immigration so I am elligiable for that after 2 years

I am in Jeddah & Working with PANASONIC
