I am sudhir Kumar , migrating Canada in may 28th may 2007 .

I was single, when I have applied my immigration paper till I have received my lading paper and visa on my passport.

After getting everything done, I got engaged on Feb 11th 2007 and I am getting married on 27th April 2007. Now I am not sure what to do for my wife visa. I also need to fly to Canada on May 28th 2007. I am flaying single category.

Please some one guide me to change my category before living India.
I have done 50-100 man party fro engagement with proper video and photography.
We also have our weeding card with us which are going too happed on April 20th.

Please suggest me the process for making applying for my wife visa and making my self get my PR as married category.

Hi,

I had a similar situation. I informed CIC and they added my husband to my application. It took about 6 months extra cox there was some delay in paperwork from our end. But otherwise it was smooth and I would advise you to do the same.
