It was told by one immigration agent that 2002 cases have started. They have been saying it for more than 6 months now....! My case is also of March 2002. No news so far. They do not have any correct information about processing....! Hiring them is a TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR MONEY...! I think only CHC can tell you correctly(In case if they reply to your querry...!).

A friend of mine who applied through Canam, has got a waiver a month back,
His AOR is March 2002. Things are moving, albeit a bit slowly !

I have applied in 2004 via one of the consultants in New Delhi and he is also very positive to get 2004 cases by first quarter of 2008, as there are very less number of applications during 2002 -03.

my AOR is also 2002 march. but no response til now. i dont know what happended.i also done through them only.wil they cheat people?

I have received my file no. June 2005. when can I get visa, because different people have different views. Moreover I know the people applied in the year 2001 has already beens ettled down to Canada More than 2 years ago. What is our fate ?

But someone told me that those with less cut off fought a legal battle and they have got back their right to be processed in the same time frame as was previously allowed. Anyone can shed light on this?
