i along with my wife and an eight year old daughter have applied for PR IN FEB 2002 and got acknowledgement and file no in MARCH 2002. since then the eclient status shows IN PROCESS . please can u tell what is the general time frame as of now , and i have submiteed my ielts score(8) six months back.do i send the new IRPA forms or not.

Same case here. Applied in feb 2002 & received File no. in March 2002.
It's good that you have send IELTS score. This will certainly expedite your processing. You should also send the new forms. Thats what have been suggested by most of the people. Hhowever there's nowhere explicitely mentioned that it's mandatory to send new forms for applicants who applied AFTER Jan2002.
So it's upto you whether you want to send new forms or not.
However i heard from various sources that 2002 applications are next in queue and it's just matter of 5-6 months, before we get to hear something positive from them.
So keep waiting.......
