gud news....2002 cases have started....right now their are waivers upto march....my friend who applied in jan 2002 ...aor march 2002..has got a waiver and medical paper..he has 76 points...my consultant says he has 5 waivers for 2002 cases.....

sorry i cant provide you the name.....but the fact proccessing for 2002 cases have started ...latest is march 2002 waiver...wll im also in 2003 catagory...mine is sept 2003...its true that 2002 cases are very less...and 2003 cases are more less.....hope our turn comes up at the end of this yr or eralier...al the best...for more information you can refer the thread and become member too....www.immigration.canada.ca.....this forum is very active,,,canadian desi very slow....all te best buddy

seems to be pleasent news for all. One agency seems to be somewhat positive An ex employee of the company told me that applicants up to 2005 might get visas by end 2008 as there are few cases in 2002-2003 due to 9/11 after effect .Let us all hope the information thats pouring in is correct. good luck to all -PASHA

but its true that there are very less cases in 2002-03...as the points system was very high(75)..it was very difficult to qualify.....most of the rush started from 2004 onwards.....when the points were reduced to 67....interview waivers for march 2002 has also started.....isnt this a positive news?
