I became a PR in october last year and landed in Toronto. Now i work in ottawa area and wanted to know if i can fly out of Montreal (Quebec) to India and Fly back into Montreal from India? I heard that we cannot land in Quebec with a PR card. Is this true? Can anyone shed some light ? Thanks in advance

No that is not true. You have already "landed" and a PR working and living in Canada. Now, you can takeoff and land anywhere you want.

The restriction you are referring to applies when you are entering Canada to land as a PR for the first time.
