I am planning a short 4 days trip to Montreal, Ottawa and Quebec City. Have no Idea what to see there. Anyone can help?

My likings are nature, wildlife and history.

Well, if you haven't been to Paris or other parts of France, quebec city will give you a little essence of french culture and heritage.
