Would appreciate receiving feedback from people who applied at CHC Delhi in August/Sept/Oct 2001. My e-Client status shows 'In Process'. I sent my passport to them in Sept 2003 on their request and an updated FBI Clearance in Dec 2003!!!!

You don't need to worry on it..as these buggers do not work at all.....I am also in a Jam quite similar to other guys sailing in the same boat... my file is of Aug.2001...and No Information...on what is happening AS USUAL....
Still absolutely now clue as to what is happening....Only God can make these buggers work....I can not imagine the pathetic standards of their working....so cool it...I even know some guys who have been waiting since April 2000....
BOOOOO..HOOOOOO......

Well...the people like us don't a have choice....but to wait for the things to happen.....

congrates mostly with in a week u will get your landing papers. i too applyed from cic, new dehi in sept 2001, completed my medicals in april 2003, within 2 months my medicals will expire, last week only i submitted my passport along with updated police clearence certificate from the commissioners office of hyd
