which year cases they r presently dealing with. i applied in sept 2001. In march 2004 i again applied as they want me to fill new forms. CHC New Delhi has given me 3 months time to complete processing my case. but till now nothing frm there side. what should i do??????????

Simple, Just send FAX them to enquire about your status as more than 5-6 months have lapsed in ur case.

I am on also same boat, but, i got interview waiver and medicals and submitted passport for stamping.

Applied in Dec 2000 again submiited new IRPA forsm in Jan 2004 and got medicals and interview wiaver in April 2004.

and now awaiting for my landing papers.

It would be better to contact CHC, as there is no harm to ask, as there deadline is almost completed

i have fax them 1 time and mailed them 2 times but get no reply frm their side. what to do???????

So, you tried your level best.

To be frank, CHC is very poor in giving replies to our queries.

So, i suggest you to fax and post a mail once again and just wait for there reply.

If you repeatedly give reminders to CHC then it may be not good, they may consider negatively.

so, think, before u do
