Your idea of renting of artificial plant is proving success with me here in West Africa. Initially, I surveyed and put some money (USD 150/- ONLY) to buy plants from Chinese people. I was thinking if it fails I will think I put all plants in my house. I showed to many people. First NO than I said keep for one month as FREE try. After that I went to for their reply. To my surprise, 3 people said OK. They signed contract. With that money I buy many plants. Today I have 138 customer with straight contract of 1 year for 100 USD. I collected 13,800 USD. My expense is 8750/-. I have 5000 USD with me. I have kept one boy to check and change plants. I am getting daily few enquiries and building business big. Now I switched to Taiwan made plants which are better.

Now my wife is taking care of the business and also planing to start our own artificial plant shop in town along with few African traditional goods.

I have few questions, please reply.

1. How should I start another city which is 150 kms away from my city?
2. Do you have any address of trusted importers of artificial plants in Asia or Dubai?
3. Can you send me a contract copy of yours?
4. What should I do if some one starts the same business?
