I completed my undergraduate degree from India. My P.Eng.licence was approved in last week after almost 4 years of hard work & writing few exams assigned by PEO. I wish to attend the iron ring Ceremony "Senior Ceremony". I am told that it usually takes place in University. Anyone has attended the Senior Ceremony who did their undergraduate education from outside and applied for iron ring.
Thanks in advance
<Q: I would like to apply to get an Iron Ring. How do I do this?
If you have completed your undergraduate degree outside of Canada, and are interested in applying for the Iron Ring Ceremony, you must attend the Senior Ceremony. Please download the form "To Apply For the Iron Ring". This will outline the application process.>
Congrats Jagmag for getting P.Engg finally
I know how difficult to get this designation in Canada
I suppose since you says PEO, so its from Ontario
I am looking for some help if its from Alberta
Thanks! Yes its is in Ontario. I strongly feel to be successful in Canada your hardskills as well softskills at work enviornement matters the most plus a lot of patience. Don't get upset when you feel that you are trying hard but you are not getting rewards at work or if you are trying to find job keep trying and work hard no matter what happens work for yourself and you will succeed. I know its easy said than done. But trust me that the only way to succeed. Last but not least always keep learning attitude.
