- how they ( crc) gonna decide who is at fault.
- and they gonna issue the ticket later or no.
- how long this usually takes.
- they contact via mail or phone.

1. As I said earlier there are fault determination rules on Ontario Govt Website
2. There will be no ticket to you. If there would have one it would at spot
3. NA
4. NA
you still get your automobile damage if u are not at fault and accident in Ontario. under DCPD section.
