Advice needed : Discount Car rental company charging me with $ 1250

He did take my name and car Plate Number. Will I be charged for that ?

I hope you did not hurt yourselves when you hit the guard rail.
Did you report the incident to your insurance company? If yes, then who paid the towing charges? You or your insurance company? If the incident was reported and insurance company took care of the towing charges and the repairs costs, then most likely the insurance company would get the bill directly from the Fire services and they will take care of the same. The Fire services may send you a copy of the bill for information only with a remark at the bottom that your insurance company has been informed of the charges.
I am telling this from my experience as a couple of years ago my son was involved in an At Fault accident at 401 involving 3-4 cars and the Police, Ambulance and Fire Truck came. Luckily NO BODY was hurt so the ambulance and fire truck went away after taking details of all the cars. The police officer made the report and we got our car towed to collision center where we informed the Insurance and all the costs were taken care of by the insurance company. Then after 3-4 months we received information notice from the Fire Department that they have sent their bill to our insurance company. That's how we came to know that Fire Services charge for their services in some instances. Its a different thing that my insurance company forgot to pay the fire bill and we got a notice from them, so I had to call the insurance company and made sure that they pay the fire services bill under intimation to me. My insurance company apologized for the lapse and paid the fire services bill immediately.
So yes, you may get a bill or information from the fire services about the costs in near future.

Thank you every one for suggestions except TK ( I have seen his posts before)..TK everyone comes to Canada by one's choice, and Canada doesn't stop anyone from going back.
For a day I was little sad but yesterday with little advice from parents back home in India and a little bit of thought from my end ,I realized that my core objective here is to study well and finish my MBA program for which I have spent 80K and done lot of hard work. So with 3 months to go and marriage coming up in May, I better concentrate on my studies and job search. Once I get a job this money would come back but once this time is lost I won't get it back. Anyways I have got a lawyer from Queen's University legal aid who would be looking into it. I would definitely fight but not deviate from my core objective. I was in a similar problem 2 months back for the same accident when I was charged with Careless Driving and a fine of 550 $. But by god's grace the tickets were not filed and there were no convictions or fine against me. So let god decide..I will fight it out..it is my hard earned money so I believe that it would not go anywhere.

Irrelevant....
This is in continuation with the accident event that happened with me. Discount charged $1250 from my card saying that accident was my fault. I disputed the charge with the credit card company and I got the charge back. I cancelled my card as soon as the amount was credited to prevent any further transactions from Discount. Now today morning Discount called me saying that the fault is mine and they will be going through collections.
Please advise me on how to proceed further if discount threatens me through collections. I am relatively new in Canada and I don't know how does this collections work.
Also I checked my Driver's abstract it shows a clean record. So in the future if I take auto insurance(when I buy a car) do I need to mention about this accident?
