How many days max a person who has PR can stay outside of Canada.

Is there any limit on number of days to keep PR active.

Now the matter is Its been a 1-Year I have Canadian PR.
Now after 1-Year I am in USA on H1 B Visa.

[2] I am looking for an information how to keep both simultaneously so that I can also get my Canadian Citizenship while working on H1 B in USA
