Hi !
Magicjack allows you to call any North American number be it a landline or cell phone unlimited . The total cost of the 2 jack's all inclusive will be around 80 $ for the first year and than $ 40 for the consecutive years .
If you need to call on cell in India than you might have to opt for services like G3 .

Could u pls share more info. on how to sign up for 1-800 option with Skype or IPKall.com website and how either works?
Also are either of these options available for residents of Canada?
