Would suggest Tuscany gate at 230 forum drive, mississuaga. There is a day care about 100 meters from the building and a school about 500 meters. Links for building, day care and school.

I am afraid, none of us is competent enough to give an accurate answer to the question - is 70k Canadian $ enough to live in Canada? (or was it GTA?)
The fact is this - we see everything from our own perspective.
Someone with a 12 year old car, living with 2 or 3 children, visiting a restaurant twice a year, visiting India once in 3 years with one spouse employed would have a certain perspective. That would be because of scarce funds available for a luxurious lifestyle
On the other hand, someone with both spouses employed, one kid and surplus income, would have a different lifestyle altogether. One's perspective depends on the circumstances of one's life............. That said did anyone care to ask questions about what kind of lifestyle and perspective on life, the OP had?
Until we have get inputs about these questions, we might be misleading the OP.
Let us not get racist please: Malton is full of desis or Africans and stuff like that.
Let our prejudices not hijack the thread. We have enough of hatred going around - let us not create more.
