I believe that Government has sufficient evidence who is involved and where this terror was planed. Should India declare WAR against terror and use Military force to the neighbor’s country where this group is active and train those terrorist?

Please use some common sense when posting. Like I've said before, this is not a forum for India-Pakistan, Hindu-muslim bashing. People from both countries (and more) are welcome to post their opinions and we can't have that if you start these kinds of discussion which will degenerate faster than you can imagine.
