Hi,
I had applied for Immigration from the Middle East through a representative of a Consul in Canada. It has been 3 years now and I have paid him full and even more than the agreement. The medicals have been done and remaining docs like PCC and RPRF have been sent to CHC London. Can I bypass the representative now by changing the mailing the address in CIC web site, to reduce the communication time between CHC London and myself.
Thanks
kpv
Yes,it is possible. You are free to move away from Consultant and CIC has nothing to do with this.
Not satisfied with the Consultant, I did the same.
How can I end the services of the consultant? Do I have to submit the form IMM5476 (use of representative) to the CHC for this or is it enoughto change the mailing address in the CIC website?
Thanks

hey kpv343
You definetly need to fill up IMM5476 form.....sign it.... and send it.This is the procedure to get rid of the consultant.
cheers

Hi Senior CDs,
Even though I had sent the Im.. to CHC to end consular services today I received a mail from the consultant "Congradulations Your Visa's Documents have Arrived. Please Remit Us $ 500 and final address where the Visa Documents should be couriered ". What would you suggest, should I trust him. What is this visa documents he is referring to? Note that this is on top of the agreed amount which was already paid.
thanks
