i've applied for immigration to canada under skilled migration point system.for that i take services of a local agent (real services inc. new delhi) <--- ( this was biggest mistake i've done already).as they told me they have their associates in canada who handle my case for immigration, meanwhile he promised me to get a temp. job or hrsdc confirmed job in canada.now almost 3 yrs. gone i have only the case file no. for my immigration . thoes people seems to run away ,all their staff gone .i've spend almost 1.75 lac INR ,getting no response for the job even phones has been disconnected.
by chance some how i get to know the address of the associate in canada .it's simple law firm
kindly advice what i have to do now
do i have to handle my case of my own or hire a legal immigration lawyer
how i can know that which documents he submitted / not submitted , i had given to him at the time of submission of immigration application.

get caips notes bhidu....if u have file number then its fine....right now even 2001 cases are not over...i to applied in 2003....i think u can inform the cic for change of address....did u give him ur original documents? or photocopies??

I think the normal time to process the application from india is now 6 years.
you can get this information online from Delhi Canadian Immigration site/links.

By the way, I dont think you can get a job by these agents.

Do anybody in this forum who has proccessed through the agents got the jobs in Canada???
