dear massoodji , still no message from chc london , i send fax 3 time & send same letter by post also but till date not received file no. i checked with bank about payment of draft [ fees of 1100 cad ] as per bank record it was paid to chc london on 15th october ------- this fact i mentioned in my letter to chc london BUT no response from chc , what to do ? they encash my draft --- it mean they allot file no to me ?????? please reply me in detail - i am confused .

Looks like you have exhausted your efforts. You can hire a lawyer to deal with this or wait a little longer. Three months is a bit longer than usual for London CHC.

GOT IT
today i got file no form chc london . Thanks Mr. Massood . As per your advice I sent series of faxes followed by postal mails to chc london requesting them to change my address for communication & send me acknowledgement / file no on my new address . after 8 faxes & 6 letters in 15 days , today i got it . Thanks Mr. Massood & CD for help & providing such a useful platform .
