I usually stick with just one : workopolis
Comprehensive list.
I can't think of any reason why a company would list it's job req on any other site and not on workopolis. Upload your resume and had good summary/description for it. There are few recruiters who just use keyword search.

Next, also keep an eye on company websites that you are interested in. If Rogers is the company that you might want to work for, frequently visit rogers.com/careers - or whatever that page might be.
