It is pathetic that the Congress party needs Azhar to join them.
It is even more pathetic that Azhar wants to join them.
And if the following is the extent of his knowledge of politics, then God help them all -

Sure! Just like Govinda, Dharmendra, Hema Malini, Jaya Bacchan, Navjot Sidhu, Shatrughan Sinha, Raj Babbar, Vinod Khanna, Amitabh Bacchan, Smriti Irani, and a bunch of other so called Polititians.
They are just crowd pullers. This tamasha happens after every 5 years (or less if any strong party pulls it's strings). After the elections, each one of the stars go in hiding.
Same ol' pathetic/appalling state of Indian politics.
