thanx a lot pratick, yesterday we took her to the walk in clinic (didn't get family doctor's appointment), He said it could be becoz of teething or stomach flu but she is 13 mth old only so he didn't prescribe any medicine, he said it'll take time, until then give her more liquids & meals in small portions.

Don't use teethers.
Instead, soak a small hand towel or wipe cloth (cotton only) in sterilized water and freeze it for a few hrs.
After that, let your baby bite on it.
This will help with the irritation and itchiness in the gums,
If this doesn't, let your baby chew on your fingers (after washing hands, of course).
There's no harm in your baby chewing your fingers.
Loose stools, vomiting and fever often occurs during this time.
However, excessive vomiting, loose stools and very high fever is not common.
If that occurs, do consult with the ped.
Fever should not go above 100F during teething.
Commercial milk should be avoided during this time because it's not digested well anyway.
If you are BF, continue that.
