consult a doctor.
Vomiting/Fever should not be ignored.

As other suggested, please see your doctor immediately... the symptoms you have written, indicates more towards stomach flu or something... hope you are giving her enough fluid (ORS) to prevent dehydration...

While I too advice seeing your doctor if required, the common connection linking to vomiting and molar teeth should be understood well. At this stage the gums of the child are very irritant, itchy since the teeth are trying to make thier way out. This makes the child very fusy and wants to put something in the mouth all the time to satisfy this itch. Many items they put in mouth may not be germ free and this leads to stomach infection or vomiting.

Please ensure she has sterilised teether to chew on. If they get a soothing and sterilised teether, they will fall asleep faster and the pain will be bearable.

It is expected they will be cranky most of the time and we need to understand thier pain as well. You might take turn looking after the poor child to avoid getting exhausted.

Just my 2 cents.
Hiren

thanx everyone for ur prompt replies, well she doesn't like teether much, so that's the problem. We're also suspicious that she is having chances of stomach flu.

thanx once again.

Molars are more troublesome than others.
Don't use teethers.
Instead, soak a small hand towel or wipe cloth (cotton only) in sterilized water and freeze it for a few hrs.
After that, let your baby bite on it.
This will help with the irritation and itchiness in the gums,

If this doesn't, let your baby chew on your fingers (after washing hands, of course).
There's no harm in your baby chewing your fingers.

Loose stools, vomiting and fever often occurs during this time.
However, excessive vomiting, loose stools and very high fever is not common.
If that occurs, do consult with the ped.
Fever should not go above 100F during teething.
Commercial milk should be avoided during this time because it's not digested well anyway.
If you are BF, continue that.

Good luck
