There is no post here on timelines for OCI. Hence I am creating this post. Everyone who applied for OCI please add your timelines. In my case, I applied 4/13 and photo scanned next day. nothing more yet.

If you have read the old post, people have put their time lines. It takes 30 days to 45 days from the date of submission of application.

thanks for your very generic answer which even I am aware of. I know it takes up to 90 days etc. Even in the case of Canadian citizenship everyone knows it takes 12 to 15 months, still people share their detailed timelines in forums.
What I am asking for is specific timelines from previous applicants so everyone can benefit from their experiences. No one in the old posts have put any specific timelines except for maybe just one person.
I think you should stop pushing this topic. Already you bumped up old threads on the same topic, now this new thread, etc.

i did not bump up any old threads, i am discussing a valid topic of interest to many here.
I am member of this website for some time now and this issue of similar threads have come up again and again.
Why don't moderators leave the decision to the viewers to drop repeated threads? Why not include option for users to report the thread to be dropped because of xyz reason. I have seen few sites follow this principle and it works great. No one is discouraged or left feeling put down.
