Well, a consultant will be interested to tell you the time only if you own a Rolex watch (or an equally expensive one).
Because only then you could afford him

Also, a professional consultant will give a detailed report, nicely wrapped in hard cover; with different ways of watching watch, how GMT works, time managements etc., to justify the payment.
