Hi,
A desi consultant is offering me papers for TN visa. I told him to put the role as Management consultant. I have an MBA from US and B.Com from India. I would like to know what the chances are of getting a TN at the border [Calgary Airport]
I have mostly in QA roles (contracting).
You mean QA as in Software Quality Assurance/Software Testing? I do not know the answer to your query but please update the forum of the result.

It depends, what details your appointment letter lists as part of the job description. Make it a point to keep the description closer to the Business side of things, i.e. Business case verification/analysis. Management Consultant is a broad category and while IT could be a part of a it, you shouldn't exhaust the job description with only IT portfolio. Talk to the Lawyers that specialize in these scenarios. Pay up and you will have better chances to get the approval.
