As far as Delhi is concerned, they have 'Sulabh Intl.' providing these services in most of the large shopping centres, e.g. Sarojini Nagar, Lajpat Nagar, Karol Bagh, etc. I am not sure of other Metropolitans.
But, the question is - how many people use that in India. It's not free.
Quite interesting...modesty fences and all...
Just a digressed thought...what's with the airport employees hanging around in Mumbai airport men's rooms all the time? Years ago, it used to be that they handed out paper napkins for a tip. Now they just seem to hang around watching people come and go for a pee/poo..!!
