This is for your information. You will have to decide where it is that you will prosper in this business that you want to start. One location could be better than the other. Hence the saying "Location, Location and Location" is the slogan of the game.
Just to give you an idea, an area of about 500 - 700 sq.ft will command a rental of about $3000.00 to $4000.00 per month and they would ask you for a lease agreement for a minimum period of THREE years.
Any new business will take time to establish and it could be a minimum period of seven years.
This is just statistics: A Family of two working on the basic wage and making 30,000 dollars annually is considered to be just on the poverty level.
If you are running a business, then, if you do not break even, which will be $80,000 p.a. you will be working for nothing.
To make that sum with a 10% profit, your turnover has to be $800,000.00
If the profit margin is 20%, then it will be about half a million dollars. Or a daily turnover of 2,500 bucks.
