Thinking of booking new home(Semi) in Castlemore Area.

The choices are

1. Country Homes
2. HR Development
3. Greenpark
4. Royal Pine

Though there are others too e.g. Starlanes, River Edge from Starserra, Great Gulf and some other. But these all are buiding mostly detached homes in excess of above 400K.

Can someone suggest which one is better and should be selected?

I have personally worked for Greenpark for the past 5 years and I have found them to be very very professional. They are a family Italian business and they have professional and time tested craftsmen / workers.
They go to any lengths to give the best product to the customer. For eg. if we tell Greenpark that we canot have a side door to the Garage from outside, they personally do everything to see that we fit that side door.
They have a decor centre in vaugan in which you go and select the fittings / upgrades. It is a professional way of selecting your finishes.
They have certain time tested procedures to ensure that you get the best of your house.
Now a days (due to recession or otherwise), they copy houses from their old sub divisions and put them in new ones thus saving $3000 a house as design fees. they are canada's largest home builder.
With a greenpark home, you canot go wrong. I am not sure about the other builder's mentioned. That may be better or worse than greenpark.
