Can anyone tell me which part of Mississauga can offer better detached homes.. the priorities being - good middle school, Indian community and within 350K.

In the North Hwy 407, In South Dundas St, In West 9th Line and in East Kennedy Rd will be a good area to live in. It has some good schools, desis population etc. A decent 3 bedroom detached home less than 2000 sq ft can be purchased below $400,000 as of Dec 2005.

You can also find detached homes that are older than 15 years in the Miller's Grove and Meadowvale area, north of Britannia Rd. and West of Erin Mills Pk Way. Some of these home can come with many upgrades, price range of 290-310K. These are good value for money as the prices of such homes can rise much faster than other detached homes that are more than 400K.
