Hey everyone,
We have been asked by the CHC to provide original Police certificate with finger prints, right of permanent residence fee and also the proof of funds (last 6 months bank statement) within 60 days.
Just like to know that do we need to provide police certificates for our kids, they are 18 and 14 years.
for 4 members family how much we need to show in our bank accounts, can we show them our deposit in property?
and what is mean by asking right of permanent residence fee at this time?
your reply will be highly appreciated.

Hi thanks Freddie for your valuable reply,
regarding the available funds we do have some money in our saving account and we just invested in land, and we have a investment property as well. the question is whether they accept those properties as proof of funds or not?
regarding finger prints/police check if anyone migrated from Australia please reply how to go through?
we are sending them permanent residence fee as well.
but they have not asked for medical, what is mean by this, do they need police check first and medical later or how its works.
thanks in advance for your reply.
Generally any instrument or a vehicle that will permit you with a quick liquidation and conversion into CASH is what they will look for in your portfolio.
Fixed assets may take a very long period to get sold and get converted. So, if this land and other assets are supplementary to the 20 thousand that they are calling for in your case, is in excess of that amount, then, you have the PROOF OF FUNDS. Other wise as informed in my previous post "Borrow" against it and deposit the same to top up the sum. But please bring it up to the level that they are expecting from you. (Some is not enough)
It is how well you can play well with your monies for a few days, is what they are looking for, with you providing them with the six months worth of your Bank statements.
You have to provide Police Clearance Certificate from all of the Countries and locations that you have resided in the past, that which exceeds SIX months stay, and in EACH state or counties that you have lived in that country. So it is an exact requirement.
If you have an Indian Passport the Indian High Commission will provide you with one, up to and until the issue period. So, you will have to cover the period from the issue of the Passport till today, from EACH location. Hope this is made clear. If not please see the local Police Superintendent for full details. They know all about it.
Hope this helps you a little.
Freddie.
Hi Freddie, thanks for your valuable reply and regarding the proof of funds we do have enough money in our saving accounts plus the other fixed assests which we just mentioned for safe side.
regarding the police certificate we asked them wheather we need it for whole family and they said only main applicant and spouse need to provide it and it is only from Australia not from any other country.
we also sent them the neccessary permanent residence fee as well and how it will work now?
at what stage they will ask for medical checkup?
thanks in advance for your reply.
Your submissions that they have asked you for will take the initial brunt on the time frame. Qualifications and Experience, and the other certificates. They also have their own group that delves into it.
After the primaries, they will inform you to go for the medicals etc., That will take another Three - Four months, and you have to be on top of it and complete the same as soon as you receive it.
Do not spare the expense in the transmissions. Courier them every time. That will indicate that you are really serious in this Immigration Process.
There is a web site called track it. You might have seen it too. Post your details and the progress there in and get help and also help others with the movement of your files.
Good Luck.
Freddie.
