Most of the renting starts a few days before or after the last day of the month. So, it becomes difficult for movers and cleaners and also the painters to give a fair shake for a client who hires. So, we all get into a situation called the "Crunch".

A clean and neat place gets sold, if it is for sale or also gets rented quickly. So, please plan ahead and give everyone a chance to do a good and thorough cleaning job.
