I need some help and advise from all the experianced people here. We came to toronto 2 years back and to canada 3 years back. I was working in India before we came here not for a very big name though. I was working in IT and after we came here I got 2 babies so could not get time to look for job. I tried working voluntarily for a social organisation from home and now I want to work. Can anyone please recommend how do I go about job search. Now when I apply I am not getting any interview calls. Is it advisable to go back to school? Please advise.

Have you kept up with your studies in IT at home during your time away ? What kind of work are you looking for?
How long did u do volunteer work and what kind of work did you do?

yes i tried to keep myself updated while at home. Gave some certs as well. voluntary work involved development of a volunteers log system. The organisation for which I volunteered have many volunteers working and at different locations so they needed a web based system where all volunteers could log their work done. I am looking for work in my feild anything will do.
