I tried to read through your posting. I see you have basic 10 years plus a diploma in Civil Engineering, where in you put in additional three years. The balance of the other studies adds upto nothing. Now you want to find out if you get any marks for your educational standing and you also want to know how many points it will score.

This will give you 13 years and no more.
