Hi,

This is a very helpful and excellent forum.
I have a query. I in 2003 completed my Bachelors in Engineering (Electronics and Telecommunication), it is a 4 years full time program, and before that I have 12 years of full time education, so in total I have 16 years of full time education (including my engineering degree) how many points I will get on the education criterion for skilled workers?

Thanks
GS

:( What about work experience?

Your engineering degree can fetch you an immigrant visa, but what about work experience necessary to get a job. Or do you plan to study further here?
:D
I do not think, it might be easy to get any job in engineering field without any work experience, as companies here evaluate work experience more than your basic degree.

Hi Guys, thanks for the replies. Regarding the work experience, yes I do have it. In total 2 1/2 yrs (one year data entry exp. prior to joining engn.). So that is not a problem but I just wanted to see how much will I get in my education and what other areas I have to work on to get the total of 67.
